Sorry it has been a while but a have loads of work around here. The good news is for me only 5 kilo's left to loose so going strong again and feeling a lot better. Change the way I eat every week or so and that will keep the weight loss going, one week lots of vegetables ,one week a lot of fruit and then a week with some meat and salad's, easy on the pasta and the potatoes and careful with salt and sugar and fat.
For those of you that want to know what I eat every day feel free to email me and if I can help I will.Be honest with your self and then loosing weight is easy. Find out how much you need in calorie's for the body that you have and then take away 500 its as easy as that.
Take a piece of paper and write down what you are eating in calories then look again and see what you don't need I think you will find more then 500 calorie's you don't need. You don't need meat just eat some but no pork.
No cookies,no chips, nothing with sugar if you need something sweet take honey or tablets, no white flour so you can eat whole grain bread but only one slice per meal,no white rice or white pasta use the whole grain,no white beans well you can find the rest for your selfs.
You can eat loads of fruit (not the sweet fruits like grapes or mango's) and loads of veggies. Collie flower and apples are great for loosing weight as they provide negative calories that means you burn more then you gain when you eat these.

Think again before starting to read because this page is about me and my life and my days with my dogs and crazy family so if you need a laugh or cheering up or a hanky please go on ;-)

Today, well thinking about how to start this as it will be your choice to read and my choice to write it can go both ways but here we go.
The reason for starting this blog  is that I see a lot of depressed people around me and believe me there is no need to be, because your life is in your hands. Grab yourself together and make something of it. I will be your prove that it can be done.
A little over a year ago my husband left to think things over ( he is still thinking) this says more about a men's brain then any shrink can, after some period of total depression and abuse of some bottles ^^ I took a good look in the mirror and decided to find myself again (mmm...was I lost).
Well a good part of me was hiding behind some blubber I was nearly a 100 kilo's in weight arrgghh good god to much.
And now what, read about diets , good for the weight of your wallet but not for you, just hold on to that mirror and look, take everything off and look and be honest. Don't say I don't eat a lot because you do or you eat the wrong things.
Start counting calorie's what do you need and how much are you eating, you can calculate how much you need for your current weight, take at least 500 calorie's away and you will start to loose weight and believe me it will make you feel so much better.
At this point I lost 20 kilo's and I want to loose 10 kilo's more, pictures will follow as I want a belly button piercing and I would like to see it ;-) , when I have it I will show it to you.
